Dallas Branch Manager

• Job Summary:The Branch Manager will oversee daily activities and processes for sales, receiving and shipping of racking products, with inventory control for our location in Dallas.  The Branch Manager will have professional racking experience and strategize process improvements for an efficient and profitable location, always promoting our culture of “YES, WE CAN!”

  Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train, and supervise 8-10 employees
  • Manage resources and staff
  • Develop and attain sales and revenue goals
  • Grow the location’s revenues and customers

  Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Daily and weekly reporting
  • Manage budgets
  • Motivate and lead by example
  • Manage the logistics and refurbishment processes

  Required Skills/Abilities: 

  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and delegate when appropriate
  • Ability to work autonomously while developing a team

  Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years management experience required
  • Professional racking system experience required

  Physical Requirements: 

  • Must be able to lift to 50 pounds at times.
