Return & Refund Policy
All orders are hand-packed and carefully inspected prior to shipment.
Returned items must meet these requirements:
• Returns accepted up to 30 days for in house merchandise credit only.
• Returns of standard new items require prior authorization and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• All pre-authorized returns must be shipped freight prepaid by customer.
• Returns will not be accepted collect or 3rd party billing.
In the unlikely event that your product arrives with a defect, please contact us by calling 800-647-2257 within 48 hours of receipt of your order for instructions on receiving a replacement. All defective merchandise must be returned unused, in the original packaging, and per the instructions given by our customer service department – no exceptions.

Got-Rack.com cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Furthermore, we cannot be responsible in delays in shipping due to weather conditions, customs, incorrect shipping addresses, or missing shipping information.
