As our Accounting Intern, you’ll be an integral part of our finance team, assisting in crucial accounting tasks and projects. With mentoring from our experienced accountants, you’ll tackle diverse financial challenges, embodying our “YES, WE CAN!” spirit and adding value to our financial operations.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

 

• Assist in recording and verifying financial transactions
• Help in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports
• Support the reconciliation of accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Aid in conducting internal audits and compliance checks
• Collaborate with the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies or trends
• Engage with clients or vendors regarding billing and invoicing queries
• Attend regular team meetings, providing insights and updates on accounting tasks

YOU HAVE

 

• A genuine interest in accounting, with current enrollment in a related Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial tools
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Enthusiasm to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Capability to work methodically, prioritize tasks, and manage deadlines
• Part time, approximately 20 hours per week
• In-Person
