HIGH-DENSITY STORAGE
PUSH BACK RACKING SYSTEMS
Push Back Racking is a high-density storage solution designed to store pallets 2 to 5 deep while maintaining easy access to multiple SKUs. Each lane operates independently, offering up to 90% more storage capacity compared to selective racking systems.

WHAT IS PUSH BACK RACKING?
Push Back Racking is a high-density storage system that uses rolling carriages to store multiple pallets deep in a single lane. Pallets are loaded onto these carriages and pushed back into the rack as new pallets are added. When unloading, gravity automatically moves the pallets forward to the aisle, making the system efficient, space-saving, and easy to use. It’s ideal for warehouses looking to maximize storage while maintaining accessibility and safety.
Unlike drive-in racking systems, Push Back Racking allows independent access to each level, providing greater flexibility and efficiency. This high-density storage solution reduces the need for multiple aisles and minimizes forklift usage, optimizing your warehouse operations.

MAXIMIZE SPACE
Maximizing storage density with deep lanes and inclined rails, push-back racking stores multiple pallets per lane while minimizing aisle space. Ideal for high-turnover products, it balances capacity and efficient access in a compact footprint.
ENHANCED PRODUCTIVITY
Operating on a First-In-Last-Out (FILO) system, push-back racking allows easy access to multiple pallets of the same SKU. Forklifts load and retrieve pallets from the same aisle, reducing handling time and boosting productivity. This setup is ideal for facilities with fast-moving inventory and streamlined operations.
VERSATILITY & DURABILITY
Designed for flexibility, these systems accommodate various pallet sizes and product types. Their robust construction ensures reliable performance under heavy use, making them ideal for industries like retail, food and beverage, and automotive. With modular designs, they can easily scale or reconfigure to meet evolving business needs.
