OUR 5-STEP REFURBISHING PROCESS
INSPECTION
Refurbished pallet racking undergoes a thorough inspection process to identify any missing parts or potential damage, including cracks or bends.
REPAIR
Our skilled professionals ensure structural integrity through repairs. Should any part of the racking system require replacement, the new component will meet or surpass the manufacturer's original specifications.
CLEANING & PREP
After repair, the pallet rack is stripped of stickers and labels, making it look new. It's then meticulously cleaned, removing dirt, rust, or residue.
POWDER COATING
The racking is then sent through our state of the art powder coating line to be painted.
QUALITY CONTROL
After the powder coating process, the racking undergoes an inspection for any imperfections before being prepared for shipment.
