Requirements:

• 5–7 years’ experience in warehouse operations, including shipping/receiving
  
  
• Familiarity with heavy material handling (steel racking, pallet systems)
  
  
• Strong organizational skills with ability to support cycle counts and audits
  
  
• Team-focused, able to assist in training and supervising staff
  
  
• Hands-on approach to resolving workflow issues and maintaining safety standards
  
  
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  
  
• Forklifts and warehouse machinery
  
  
• Compliance with warehouse safety procedures
