Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, the Bookkeeper will be entrusted with maintaining our company’s financial records accurately. This includes managing ledgers, overseeing payroll, ensuring timely invoice processing, and producing monthly financial reports. Your role is vital in ensuring our financial operations run seamlessly.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Maintain financial records and ledgers
• Ensure timely processing of invoices and receipts
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
• Handle payroll efficiently
• Collaborate with the finance team for annual audits
• Stay updated with financial regulations and standards
• Assist in budget preparation and financial projections

YOU HAVE

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
• 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or related role
• Familiarity with bookkeeping software and tools [E.g., QuickBooks, Xero, etc.]
• Proficiency in English and Spanish
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
