Requirements:

• 5–7 years’ steel fabrication and welding experience
  
  
• Skilled in MIG welding, machining, robotics, and powder coating
  
  
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
  
  
• Experience in production support, quality checks, and workflow efficiency
  
  
• Team-oriented, able to assist in staff supervision and training
  
  
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform hands-on tasks
  
  
• Welding machines, powder coating tools, robotic systems
  
  
• Maintain compliance with shop safety regulations
