Requirements:

• 5–7 years’ experience in steel fabrication and welding (MIG required)
  
  
• Skilled in sawing, punching, drilling, powder coating, and robotic welding
  
  
• Proven ability in production planning, costing, and workflow scheduling
  
  
• Experience managing incentive programs and training fabrication staff
  
  
• Strong background in quality control and reading fabrication drawings
  
  
• Familiarity with warehouse inventory management and cycle counting
  
  
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in industrial environment
  
  
• Welding, machining, powder coating, and robotic systems
  
  
• Enforce strict adherence to fabrication safety standards
