WHAT YOU WILL ACOMPLISH
In the pivotal role of a Welder / Fabricator Specialist at Got-Rack, you will be entrusted with fabricating, repairing, and maintaining an array of industrial racking systems. Your deep understanding of welding techniques and the intricate design of industrial racking will be invaluable in upholding the safety and robustness of our systems.

YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Welding Operations: Expertly fabricate and repair industrial racking components using techniques like MIG welding.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Decipher engineering drawings and specifications for accurate project executions.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards by inspecting welded joints and ensuring adherence to industry norms.
- Safety Compliance: Champion safety protocols for a risk-free workspace.
- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the upkeep of welding gear, ensuring optimal performance.
- Team Collaboration: Engage with diverse stakeholders for smooth project completion.
- Documentation: Methodically record all welding activities for transparency and regulatory compliance.
YOU HAVE
- A high school diploma or its equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of welding experience or an accredited welding certification.
- Proficiency in MIG welding and an understanding of industrial racking designs.
- Ability to read engineering blueprints with precision.
- Acquaintance with welding tools, safety norms, and practices.
- Stellar attention to detail and quality.
- Strong problem-solving acumen and commendable teamwork spirit.
- Physical prowess to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
