YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Oversee the logistics spectrum, from product sourcing to final delivery of our industrial racking solutions.
• Fine-tune transport strategies to guarantee timely deliveries.
• Maintain a keen eye on operational performance, ensuring KPIs are met consistently.
• Foster and nurture robust relationships with transport providers, focusing on competitive pricing and punctual services.
• Adhere to and enforce local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
• Proactively tackle logistical challenges, always aiming for long-term solutions.
• Team up with internal departments for demand forecasting and inventory management.
• Set and uphold safety benchmarks across all logistics verticals.
• Periodically update senior management on the department’s progress and performance.

YOU HAVE

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• A track record of 5 or more years in logistics, with a preference for experience in the industrial racking domain.
• Exceptional skills in problem-solving, organization, and analytics.
• Proficiency in cutting-edge logistics software or pertinent ERP systems.
• An innate ability to multitask and navigate a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and prowess in team management.
• A thorough understanding of local, state, and federal transportation norms.
