WHAT YOU WILL ACOMPLISH

As the Project Manager at Got Rack, you’ll be the lynchpin ensuring projects remain on time, on scope, and on budget. Collaborating closely with the Engineer Director, you’ll champion a culture of excellence, ensuring every project underpins our commitment to quality and client satisfaction. Navigating between multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you’ll be pivotal in steering the ship through both calm and turbulent waters.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Lead and oversee projects spanning various scales and complexities
• Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment and cohesion
• Identify potential risks and devise mitigation strategies
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones, maintaining quality and client satisfaction
• Handle stakeholder communications, ensuring transparency and proactive updates
• Draft, revise, and manage project documentation and guidelines
• Foster a continuous improvement mindset, identifying and initiating process enhancements
• Collaborate with our sales, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless project transitions and handoffs

YOU HAVE

• 4+ years of solid project management experience, preferably in the Material Handling Industry
• Proficiency with project management software to drive efficiency and visibility
• Demonstrated success in leading diverse teams towards shared objectives
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• A PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
