WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH
In the pivotal role of a Saw Operator at Got-Rack, you will be entrusted with cutting, shaping, and preparing materials essential for the fabrication and assembly of industrial racking systems. Your meticulous attention to detail and proficiency with saw operation will ensure the precision and quality of our products.

YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Saw Operations: Efficiently operate and maintain saw machinery to cut metal components to precise specifications.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Decipher engineering drawings and specifications for accurate material cutting.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect cut materials to ensure they meet quality standards and precise measurements.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and promote a risk-free workspace.
- Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain saw machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fabricators, welders, and other team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- Documentation: Accurately record all cutting activities for transparency and regulatory compliance.
YOU HAVE
- A high school diploma or its equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating saw machinery or relevant certification.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering blueprints.
- Knowledge of metal properties and cutting techniques.
- Familiarity with safety norms and practices in a manufacturing environment.
- Stellar attention to detail and quality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commendable teamwork spirit.
- Physical ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
