Requirements:

• 5–7 years’ experience managing shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations
  
  
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, and warehouse organization
  
  
• Experience with heavy industrial materials and large-scale storage products
  
  
• Ability to manage, train, and schedule warehouse staff
  
  
• Hands-on approach to problem-solving and workflow efficiency
  
  
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  
  
• Proficient in forklifts and standard warehouse equipment
  
  
• Adherence to OSHA and warehouse safety protocols
