WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Warehouse Manager is at the heart of Got Rack’s operations. This role mandates the efficient management of warehouse activities, ensuring that inventory is accurately tracked and safely stored. Collaboration with our logistics and sales teams is key, and your expertise will drive the smooth operation of our warehouse.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Supervise and guide the warehouse team
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed
• Utilize QuickBooks for inventory and financial tracking
• Employ Excel for detailed inventory and logistics reports
• Ensure warehouse safety protocols are strictly followed
• Coordinate with the logistics team to streamline shipping and receiving processes
• Perform regular inspections of warehouse equipment and infrastructure

YOU HAVE

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in warehouse management
• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
• Forklift operation experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• An eye for detail and a commitment to precision
