Requirements:

• 5–7 years’ MIG welding and steel fabrication experience

   

• Ability to read fabrication drawings and follow shop instructions

   

• Experience with structural steel assembly and finishing

   

• Strong attention to quality and safety standards

   

• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced production environment

   

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work with heavy steel

   

• MIG welding tools and fabrication machinery

   

• Adhere to welding and fabrication safety protocols
