WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH

As the Accounts Receivable Clerk for Got Rack, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring the seamless processing and recording of customer payments and financial transactions, contributing to our company’s strong financial foundation.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Generate and send out invoices to clients.
• Process and record daily receipts efficiently and accurately.
• Monitor customer accounts for non-payment, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies with customer accounts promptly.
• Facilitate swift payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients with outstanding accounts.
• Maintain up-to-date billing system and customer files.
• Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status for review by the finance team.
• Support month-end and year-end financial close activities.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service departments to verify the status of customer accounts.

YOU HAVE

• An Associate degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Previous experience in an accounts receivable role or a similar financial position.
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
