YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Oversee and manage the financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of Got Rack’s financial statements.
• Comply with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation and enforcing adherence to requirements.
• Lead and direct accounting operational functions (billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and financial reporting).
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align financial management with short and long-term company goals.
• Evaluate accounting and internal control systems, implementing changes to improve financial efficiency.
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting and tax filings.
• Analyze and interpret financial trends, providing insights to optimize financial performance and business strategy.
• Manage relationships with external partners, such as banks, investors, and auditors.

YOU HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA designation is highly desirable.
• A minimum of 7 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and regulatory standards.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial modeling.
• An impeccable ethical standpoint and integrity in financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with the industrial racking industry is a plus.
