WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH

As a Field Laborer at Got Rack, you play an integral role in the execution of field projects, specializing in surface preparation and coating applications. Your responsibilities include loading and unloading equipment, assisting in setting up containment, and utilizing various hand tools. Your work in sanding, and limited metal fabrication contributes significantly to maintaining the high standards of our projects.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Surface Preparation: Perform surface preparation for powder coating etc..
• Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards by inspecting your work and ensuring adherence to industry norms.
• Safety Compliance: Champion safety protocols for a risk-free workspace.
• Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the upkeep of power gear, ensuring optimal performance.
• Team Collaboration: Engage with diverse stakeholders for smooth project completion.

YOU HAVE

• High school education or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in worksite safety, painting, coatings, surface preparation, or relevant construction trades.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, kneel, crouch, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Familiarity with construction-type power tools (e.g., grinders, water blasters).
• Quick learning and adaptation skills for efficient job performance.
