WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH
As the Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll be pivotal in creating a positive first impression, ensuring our guests and clients receive a warm welcome and prompt, attentive service, thereby reinforcing our reputation for exceptional customer care.

YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Greet visitors, ascertain their needs, and direct them appropriately.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Maintain security by following procedures & monitoring logbooks.
- Manage meeting room bookings and provide reminders to staff.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
- Keep the reception area tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
- Assist in the coordination of front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
YOU HAVE
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g., fax, printer, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office productivity software.
- Strong communication and people skills, with an emphasis on customer service orientation.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
