WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH

 

Joining us as a Project Management Intern, you will contribute to the planning, execution, and closing of our custom industrial racking solutions. You’ll embrace our “YES, WE CAN!” attitude, learning the ropes of project delivery, and gaining hands-on experience in a leading-edge company.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

 

• Participate in project planning sessions and help develop project scopes and objectives.
• Assist with resource allocation and scheduling, ensuring projects are on track.
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and team members.
• Help monitor project progress and assist with problem-solving as needed.
• Contribute to the preparation of project documentation, including plans, reports, and presentations.
• Support the project management team in enforcing project standards and quality checks.
• Shadow experienced project managers

YOU HAVE

 

• A strong interest in project management, evidenced by your current enrollment in a related Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program.
• A foundational understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients
• A problem-solving mindset, with a dose of creativity for project challenges.
• A proactive learning attitude and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  
• The readiness to take initiative, exercise sound judgment, and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience or strong interest in industrial systems, processes, or engineering concepts is a plus.
  
• Capability to work methodically, prioritize tasks, and manage deadlines
• Part-time availability, approximately 20 hours per week, with a commitment to in-person collaboration.
