As Got Rack’s Quoting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in formulating competitive quotes, ensuring our proposals align with client needs and company targets, thereby enhancing our market position.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide pricing estimates.
• Prepare detailed quotes by analyzing project specifications and related documents.
• Consult with clients, vendors, and team members to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
• Review documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to assess product availability and cost trends.
• Provide support to the sales and project management teams as needed.

YOU HAVE

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in a quoting, estimating, or a similar analytical role, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and simular software.
• In-depth understanding of project management and accounting principles.
• The ability to communicate complex pricing information in a clear and professional manner.
• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
• A self-motivated attitude with the capacity to work under minimal supervision.
